For advanced reservations and groups of 5 ATV’s or more, payments are required at least 7 business days before the Tour date.  Reservations are highly recommended -- especially during our Peak Season, which begins the week of America’s Thanksgiving (usually the last week of November) and ends after Easter Week (called Semana Santa) every year.

Please send cancellations by fax, telephone or Email to our main office in Quepos, Costa Rica.  Unfortunately, there will be no refund on cancellations made 48 hours before the confirmed pick up time for any tour.  If we cancel a pre-paid tour due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will re-schedule your tour or refund your payment.  For group tours of 5 ATV’s or more, there are no refunds on cancellations made 7 days before the tour date.

In case of a cancellation, Fourtrax Adventure will credit the total amount prepaid when following our cancellation policies.  If there are any questions in regard to these policies, please call our General Manager directly.
